Today, I joined the ladies down at the legacy center, it was my first time out of my house since November! So, I was nervous, it was difficult to find my pace, I actually ran slower without the pace of the treadmill, good to know! I ran 7 miles! it felt great and I enjoyed being with other runners, it was motivating! Deanna also joined us, it was great to get to know her a little better.
so.. IS IT TIME TO ORDER OUR T-SHIRTS?
WHEN CAN WE GET TOGETHER FOR GIRLS NITE?
